MRI Comparison of spinal cord of a patient with high cervical spinal cord

   Proposal Description:
   We are conducting a case series using a type of physical rehabilitation (CI       Biofeedback therapy) to treat individuals with high cervical SCI and initially    motor complete tetraplegia. We collected MRI scans of our first subject and       used surface-based morphometry (Freesurfer) to generate measures describing the   status of her brain. We would like to compare these descriptive statistics with   a case series of matched control subjects.
